Privacy Policy

Key Point: I will NEVER sell your email address.
You can easily unsubscribe from my mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link at the foot of every email.

This Privacy Policy applies to any website owned by me, Mike Major, personally or by subsidiary trading entities of Grupo Kiwi S.R.L. (the “Website”) and, as the provider of the Website (alternatively “I”, “me”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), I am committed to protecting your privacy online.

This policy statement describes the information we may collect from Website users (“you” or “your”) and explains how we use that information. You may contact us at the link below should you have any questions about this privacy policy.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ADDITION TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE SO BOUND, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY EXIT THIS PAGE AND DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE.

1. Types of Information We Collect and How We Use the Information

We may collect two types of information about You: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally Identifiable Information is information such as your email address that specifically identifies you when you undertake certain activities on the Website; for example, opting-in to a mailing list.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information does not identify you specifically and is used in aggregate for purposes such as analyzing website trends. Examples include the URL of the websites you visit before and after visiting my Website, your IP address and the type of operating system or web browser you use. Together with authorized Third Party Providers and Advertisers we may automatically collect this information when you visit our Website by using software tools such as Cookies or Pixel tags, as described elsewhere this Privacy Policy.

The Non-Personally Identifiable Information is also used to administer the Website, troubleshoot problems, gather demographic information, or to comply with applicable legal requirements. We may also share this information with selected Advertisers and Third Party Providers to measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising efforts.

2. Releasing Personally Identifiable Information

As clearly stated in the Key Point above, I will not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to other parties. We may share your information with authorized Third Party Providers who provide services and products on our behalf for your benefit; these may include the provision of database management, promotional tools, email delivery, order fulfillment, data analysis, payment processing, customer service, and more.  Please note, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by such parties is governed by their own privacy policies and is therefore beyond our control.

We may use your information for remarketing to you, based on your activities within the Website, and Third Party Vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on those activities. This information is used by Google for no other purpose than remarketing but users may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting their advertising opt-out page at http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html.

Your information may be shared with another entity if ever the Website is sold or if my company merges with, or is acquired by, another company. However, although the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, it would be a condition of sale that all Personally Identifiable Information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

For the protection of our rights and the protection of Others we reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when required by law; to comply with judicial process; to apply this Privacy Policy; to enforce our Website Terms and Conditions of Use or other agreements; or otherwise to protect the rights, property or safety of this Website, End Users, or others.

3. Releasing Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may disclose or share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with Partners, Third Party Providers, Advertisers and others. This may include aggregated demographic information, which does not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

We may use Third Party Advertising Companies to serve ads when you visit this Website. These Advertisers may use Non-Personally Identifiable Information about your visits to this and other websites in order to serve advertising messages about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Some of these Advertising Companies may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”.) To learn more about NAI member companies, or  to opt-out of targeted advertising from NAI member companies, visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/consumer/opt_out.asp

We also track and analyze Non-Personally Identifiable statistical information in order to constantly improve our Website quality. We may also publish general summaries of this information for promotional purposes.

4. You May Update and Correct Your Information

You have the right to access and edit any of your Personally Identifiable Information which we may hold by logging into your account and accessing the “my account” section of the site, if this Website includes such individual account functions.

Please note that, although we keep sales records, we do not hold ANY payment processing information on this website and cannot delete information associated with past transactions through our payment processor. Further, it may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information if it is held in previous security backups.

5. Your Options for the  Collection and Use of Information

As stated above, you have the option not to use this Website. You can also choose not to provide information, however this may restrict functionality of the Website.

It is a condition of purchase of my products or services, that I will send you information regarding your account activity and purchases as well as updates about our products and promotional offers. You cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails because they are related to your purchases of products and services. However you can opt-out of our Promotional Emails, which advertise our products and services, including exclusive sales and other offers from us and from our Advertisers and Affiliates. To opt-out of Promotional Emails from me you may click the “unsubscribe” link at the foot of all my emails. Alternatively, you may contact me at the link below. Please indicate your name, address, email address, and which Promotional Emails you don’t wish to receive.

6. Security of Your Information

Information Security is of the highest priority and we make a significant effort to protect the security of your Personally Identifiable Information. Unfortunately, there can be no guarantee that any data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network is 100% secure. Therefore, although we take commercially reasonable security measures to protect data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the Website, and cannot be responsible for the actions of any Third Party that may receive any such information.

7. Data Tracking

To enhance your experience with the Website, we place cookies on your computer. These are small text files which contain information about you, which are stored on your computer for reference. We use cookies to remind us who you are so we can track and target your interests, in order to provide a customized experience and save you time when you’re using the Website. Cookies permit us to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you, such as which pages you visit and which links you click on. This information helps us to create a better experience for all our visitors.

As previously described, we may use Third Party Advertising Companies who may also place cookies on your computer in order to display advertisements on our Website. Be aware, this Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies from our Website only and does not cover the use of Third Party cookies. Most website browsers will automatically accept cookies, but it may be possible to modify your browser settings to decline cookies. If you do so then some parts of the Website may not work as expected.

There are other industry standard technologies which we may use to track your interactions with our Website pages and we may permit Third Party Providers to use these tools on our behalf. For example, Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images which are placed on certain pages of our Website, or in my emails. These signal whether or not you have performed a specific action such as accessing those pages or opening those emails. These signals are Non-Personally Identifiable information which allow us and our Providers to measure and improve our understanding of visitor interactions with the Website and allow us to measure performance.
